CONSULTING SERVICES
We specialize in social constructivist, reflective and relationship-based pedagogy. In a social constructivist school environment, children and teachers create the school experience collaboratively. With this in mind, we’ve developed a social constructivist consulting program that combines education with reflection. Through a combination of observation, education, discussion, reflection and guided implementation, ONS Consulting helps child care programs of all pedagogies deepen and broaden the school experience for educators, children and families.
As a team, we offer a unique and wide range of skills that allow us to offer support in many different ways. Based on your needs, we will work together to decide what structure works best for you. Whether you are looking for a one time professional development workshop, to grow a specific area of your team's practice, or for a long term, intensive partnership, ONS Consulting is here to support you in your growth. Rates start at $125/hr.
